As much as it disappoints me, I have to admit that Rentle’s rental system (rentle.io) has beaten me. On the positive side, I admit that the three young men (now ten!) are doing it very professionally and I wish them continued success. Maybe they’ll use parts of my ski school management system? We’ll see.

Want to sell the renter a ski ticket? No problem. RentSportsEquip is now integrated into the SKIDATA ticketing system allowing you to sell ski tickets. No need for the renter to get into another line to get the needed ski ticket!

The November 29th, 2018 issue of Pudasjärvi Lehti had a great article on how the Pikku-Syöte ski resort is having success with RentSportsEquip software.

The usual URL to use the RentSportsEquip rental system is something like xyz.rentsportsequip.com. For Hotel Iso-Syöte located in Finland it’s hotelliisosyote.rentsportsequip.com. Of course they use a bookmark instead of having to type it every time but a much more comfortable and professional address is to use their own bhc.fi domain. The word rental in Finnish is vuokraamo.  Hence their Internet address is simply vuokraamo.bhc.fi. Ask us to be able to use your own Internet domain to access your rentsportsequip.com site.

For you techies it means having your subdomain  using CNAME to point to our/your rentsportsequip.com subdomain.

I’ve tried to make it a bit easier to close a RentSportsEquip window. Located in the lower-right corner is an appropriately named button. Try it!

Make it a habit to quickly check the day’s rentals before going home in the evening.

Have all rentals been returned? Were they paid? Or were they returned and/or paid but you forgot to inform the system? Make RentSportsEquip happy by taking a quick look before your deserved ride home.
